The Capacity Calendar offers the Local, Intra / Interstate capacity of the business "at a glance" according to the resources (i.e. Men and Trucks) available for that day.
With color coordinated days, according to capacity, the calendar offers a wealth of knowledge for the work within any given month. Used as a central hub for the software, the Capcity Calendar has numerous links to other portions of the software including: Customer Files, Dispatch, Resources, Local and Interstate Summary, and much more.
With a click of the mouse one can see the jobs scheduled for that day in the lower table along with any necessary information regarding the move. A right click of the mouse will pop up a menu that is shown on the side and offers more detailed information.
