Record and track claims by customer from receipt of the clam form, to settlement with your customer. You can assign a vendor to perform repairs and add a reminder to follow up on the progress. Reports are available based on the crew members who did the damage, the type of damage, claim history and which items were damaged. Good Resource for tracking any patterns and the potential need for additional training of crew members.
