Employee - PayrollThe Payroll Info button brings up all the necessary information you need to have on file about the employee's payroll for your company. Here you can enter the Current Pay Rate, their Status (Part-time or Full-time), Marital Status, Number of Exemptions, Date Hired, Date Terminated, Birthday, Next Review Date, Social Security #, and Drivers License Number. To enter any of this information, simply click in the field you wish to do and type in the appropriate information. This screen will also keep track of the employee's pay raise history in the table below. To begin, simply click on the button that says, "Add Line to Pay Raise History" and a row will appear in the table that will allow you to enter the date, old rate, new rate, and the reason for this pay increase. If you wish to delete a line from this table, click on the row so that it is highlighted and click on the button that says, "Remove Line from Pay Raise History." |
